2. NON-PERISHABLES in UNOPENED PACKAGES - NO GLASS!
creamed coconut - dried shiitake mushrooms - pumpkin/sunflower seeds - hemp hearts - dried fruit - maple syrup - vinegars - rice/hemp/soy milk - coconut milk - canned diced/crushed tomatoes - tomato paste - sunflower seed butter - tahini - olives - grapeseed/coconut/sunflower oil
DO NOT BRING:
Rice/beans/grains/oats - sprouts - nuts/nut milks - eggs/dairy - meat/fish products - tofu/tempeh - homemade food - home cans/preserves - random opened bags from your cupboard.

A: Yes, members are still required to contribute to the kitchen, and complete a membershift, even if they are only coming for the weekend.
